浮き・剥離部を斫り撤去後、左官材で平滑に復元。塗装前の下地品質を確保。

Uカット工法によるクラック補修。溝を拡張しシーリング充填後、仕上げ塗装で復元。

浮きタイルを斫り撤去後、同等品で貼り替え。接着強度・目地色を既存に合わせ仕上げ。
